NARAYAN (MANOJ) JALAN
Founder
Manoj Jalan is the founder of Vachi Capital and Vivo Management. He is actively involved in overseeing Vachi and Vivo’s execution, vision and strategy. He leads the company's business development and new investment efforts.
After immigrating from overseas in the 1980s, Manoj opened an international trading business, which he still oversees today. His opportunistic personality led him venturing into real estate in the early 2000s, when he invested in his first piece of commercial real estate.
Today, he has more than two decades of experience managing, acquiring, and exiting real estate. He is passionate about real estate and is constantly looking to grow Vachi and Vivo's portfolio.
Manoj received a Masters in Economics from the Banaras Hindu University.
SARAL JALAN
Principal
Saral Jalan joined Vachi Capital and Vivo Management in 2022. Saral is responsible for structuring, operating and disposing real estate investments.

He has nearly 10 years of experience investing in, and advising companies across a broad range of industries including real estate, business services, chemicals, consumer and healthcare.
Prior to joining Vachi and Vivo, Saral was a Vice President at Seidler Equity Partners, a global investment firm with over $3.5 billion of capital under management. Serving as a board member to several companies, Saral was involved in executing new investments, completing several add-on acquisitions, implementing growth initiatives and exiting companies. Prior to joining Seidler, Saral was an investment banker in Citigroup’s mergers and acquisitions department.
Saral received a BS in Computer Science and Business Administration from the University of Southern California.
