Vachi Ventures and Vivo Management started with humble beginnings, opportunistically purchasing and managing real estate investments for a number of years. ​

Today, Vachi Ventures and Vivo Management is a family office that focuses on purchasing and managing value-add real estate primarily in California and Texas. In most cases, It serves as the operator, as well as lead and majority investor in its projects.

Vachi Ventures and Vivo Management's current portfolio consists of more than 1,000 multifamily units and single-family home development projects. In total, the Company has transacted on greater than 2,000 units, generating strong returns on every exit.
